Dog Page Swap

This is for the SCALhints Yahoo group 6 x 6 dog page swap.  I decided to make mine a double page.  It is cut from the "Paper Pups" Cricut cart.

  2. Back for the followup answer! *wink* watercolor pencils are not a vibrant as inktense. The colors are not as intense and they are not permanent. When they dry, if you get the page wet.. the work is .. gone. I know from experience.

Inktense is water resistant or permanent on most surfaces after it's dry. Hope that helps

  3. to answer your question: For the most part I do let the layers dry before adding more. Although sometimes I want the colors to blend and don't dry between layers.

Not much of an answer.. sorry about that~! LOL
